Galvanic Corrosion
What can be done to minimize galvanic corrosion?
Galvanic corrosion can not be minimized by making the drive-motor brackets of a pool-cover
system out of stainless steel - that’s for sure! Quite the opposite. The solution is to eliminate
as much of the cathodic metal (stainless steel) as possible, using similar metals instead such
as heavy-gauge, anodized-aluminum.

Ask a PCS sales representative about galvanic corrosion.
